Mine shows correct date of the 1st for next payout. Wait till the morning and see if it went through.

Unless there is an issue on the US site it will be the same just show as the day before.

Bit lost on this one - even in the US - the days & dates are the same - Thursday in the US will be the 1st.

My guess is that they (whoever is responsible for sending out that communication) forgot that August has 31 days.
VIC Health certainly did.
