Yes, what does the invoice tell you? It should show you all taxes that are in addition to the sales price.

Go to your orders. Click on the drop down menu next to that order and click on the View Order Details near the bottom of the drop down list.

Did you print an invoice for the buyer?
If you did, then go back to the order, click on the drop down list, and choose "Print Packing Slip & More".
This is an alternative way just to see the summary of the order.

It would appear you haven't marked it as sent or added the tracking number. That might have something to do with it.
