Is anyone else also experiencing delays receiving payment from ebay that was processed on 31 December 2022 or 1 January 2023?

Ebay would see you as an infrequent seller and as such there will be a 30 day hold on your funds. It has been some time since you sold on this account at least.

My payments for the week ending 2 January were in my account on 3 January (due to 2 January being a public holiday), so no.
