Unable to Select Sendle as a Postage option on New Listing

I have created a new listing and Sendle isn’t an option, I had a similar issue in December, and I was told by an eBay rep it was because the buyer’s postage address wasn’t serviced by Sendle, but I could buy a label via Sendle no problem.

Is anyone else having issues? Im only asking as they have the 50% off postage offer at the moment, and I cant use the offer which is disapointing

I can't comment from personal experience because I would not use Sendle in a pink fit

Nor buy from a seller using it

Before you feel too disappointed, maybe take a look at the huge number of complaints from buyers about Sendle, the sellers who use them and the total lack of customer care/support from them when things go wrong (which is very, very common)

You may be avoiding big problems by not being able to use it

Just saying

I have used them regularly in the past and have only ever had one hiccup! Auspost, on the other hand, have been atrocious lately.

I agree with Sandy, Sendle have an almost 100% failure rate with me, both when I was living in Perth and since I've been in a country area.

I too avoid sellers that use them, as do many others here.

AP will, however actually refund you. Good luck with getting a refund through Sendle.

If you're trying to use Sendle to save your buyers a buck, I can sympathise. If you are trying to use Sendle to save yourself money, no sympathy.

In answer to your question, no, I have had no issues with Sendle, as I don't use them. I don't even use couriers when I at least know who they are. A broker? Haha!

I prefer to keep my brand untainted, plus I don't have issues with AP, even though half my  500+ a year items go untracked.

I notice that your have AP Express Post listed for your listing.  I sincerely hope you do not list as AP and then use Sendle.  Any seller who lists AP & sends via Sendle would get a very definate NEG from me.  I too have had some bad experiences as a buyer.  Yes, they are cheap but cheap and nasty.

At the end of the day, I would like the choice to provide sendle as an option, with the high-value items I have sold in the past, I have used a mix of both Auspost express and Sendle.

As an FYI to close the loop on this, the issue was because my account had been upgraded to Seller Hub. I was able to opt-out and revert back, and the issue was resolved, Unfortunately, it was my own discovery that resolved the issue. Support weren't great in this instance
