If it is not a pick up only item this can be easily avoided by not choosing the pick up option in the delivery methods but do include cash on pick up in the payment methods.
They then only have the option in checkout of paying through Paypal with the postage or selecting cash on pick up.
With your current buyer all you can do if you offered pick up in the delivery options is tell them you will accept Paypal but do they realise they have no buyer protection and it would be much better if their representative paid in cash after a full inspection.
Make sure you get them to sign a receipt to say they have accepted the item and ask for identification to confirm they are the person the buyer has nominated, take note of their rego too in case they do try doing a chargeback then at least you have something for the police to go on.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
