Can I use my money in Payout to purchase more goods? Like Paypal used to be like - money went in till you transferred it but could leave some there to buy goods
Payout is money that goes to your bank account. What you do with it after that is entirely your choice, but it is not a credit useable for anything other than accessing from your bank account.
