SENDLE Couriers

SR2DBW3 This parcel has been waiting since 22 May for pickup. Are you people still in business as nobody has been here in spite of promises from your web site and email received. We have complained to eBay !!!

SENDLE Couriers are a joke and sellers should not use them. eBay MUST offer an alternative other than SENDLE Couriers for medium and large packages.

eBay, get rid of SENDLE !!!!

YOU are the one that chooses to use Sendle (a courier broker) who will use the cheapest option possible.

 

Use Star Track if the parcel is too big for AP, or your own choice of courier.

 

Anecdotally sellers that use Sendle to save money will nearly always have trouble - there's plenty of threads on the boards to show that.

Tell eBay, though I am not sure what you expect they are going to do about it

 

Don't buy from sellers who use it

 

Don't use Sendle as a seller yourself

 

Sendle is an *option*  not a one and only choice

 

Sendle is not a courier, they are a courier broker

 

 

We are not eBay

 

We are not Sendle

 

We are buyers and sellers like you and have nothing to do with 'making promises'

The seller can choose whichever courier or delivery service they like.
