I tried Third-party app access (from Sign-In and Security) for permissions (View or edit the third-party apps with access to your eBay account), but I keep getting an error message "We ran into a problem. Try again." You could try that though, maybe it is just my browser. I can't clear cache and cookies right now (which could solve the problem), but maybe it works for you.

no wait, I see it!  lol - but I get an error message too.

I reckon at least 50% of my orders don't import to My Post Business. It's very annoying and nothing fixes it. So, I just fill everything out manually. Can be a real pain if you have multiple orders. 

Other times I could have say 6 orders, and 3 will import, the other 3 won't.

Same issue , is there any solutions?
