Yes.

 

Seller Hub > Active Listings.

 

Sort by postage price if you have more than one, select the items you want to edit, by postage price, edit.

 

No need to have postage policies. I don't and I managed to update over 1000 listings when AP raised their prices at the start of the month in a few minutes.
