So you sold a fraudulent item? Or the buyer didn't return?
Either way, if you follow procedures you should be okay.

why do you believe it was a fraudulent return, just your opinion or was it really. More details required.
If it was a valid return, you should pay for the return fee.

If its for the one you got the negative for as the unlock code was already used. Than so you should pay the return cost.
