Yes, that is definitely a problem with the buyer and I am so glad you were able to get onto ebay and sort it out.

My sister & I were the same position a couple of times in the past. One buyer paid for a heavy pick up item but demanded we post at no extra cost, said it was mandatory to include it on ebay. So, so annoying when buyers don't read the ads properly or just disregard parts.

 

I am  glad you were finally able to cancel.
