I have just added an authorised user to my ebay store and I am wondering if they should be able to message buyers under my store name? My authorised user has no option to "Contact Buyer" or to "Mark as Sent" on any order I get. Is this normal or are authorised users not meant to contact my buyers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
