Charging after refund

Hi guys,

 

I have issued a refund for an item that was not received. It has now been received and the buyer wants to pay but I do not know how to do this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Let them have your bank A/C details or your Paypal details (the latter might get blocked by eBay).

Why not just ask/tell them to send the payment to your mobile number (PayID). That way you're not including anything in the message that could possibly activate the bots.

or you could make a special listing for them - but you would have to pay ebay fees again .   

or

If they have received your parcel they should be able to see your telephone number and would be able to pay direct to your phone number?

or

if you have sent them a parcel you should be able to see their contact details, just ring them up?
