Re: How to reinstate profile logo ?

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. My profile logo has disappeared and as we all know nothing is easy to find on Ebay.

Not really user friendly. I have reinstated in my store but for the life of me cannot work out how too in my profile.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

You should be able to visit this link while logged in to "My ebay" and then you should be able to add / edit your store logo :]

Alternatively, you should be able to go to your profile:

http://www.ebay.com.au/usr/6508.froggy

click "Edit Profile" and then hover your mouse over the profile picture and a little edit icon should pop up in the right hand corner of the space where the image goes. You can click that to edit it.

Hope one of those options works! :]

Cant get my profile Pic for store to stay there, edit i put pic , save, all good , as soon as i come out of it and go back in GONE!!! Driving me nuts.

I think you have to log out - then log back in again for it to take effect.
