Hello all, I am hoping someone could help me here.

I have been trying to list an item which I wish to send by an untracked letter, but this option has vanished from the drop down menu.

I was listing it as free postage.

Try deleting any measurements you have entered and see if that works.

I just checked and it's still there.

No, unfortunately this is not showing at all on my drop down menu. Although I have used this many times before. I just cannot figure this out, but somehow I need to. Thanks for trying to help 🙂

Sell similar on an item of yours that uses letter rate, and tweak from there

I had your issue this morning and tried several options but could not find the untracked letter or any letter option. I ended up trying the ebay app and it was at the top of the list.

There is something odd going on for sure, yesterday I could not get the small tracked sachels up, only med, lge and extra large.
