Thanks for the reason because I have not been able to buy from e bay for ages because every legitimate address I supply the order will NOT progress ,  I shudder to think how many people this happens to & how much business is missed out by suppliers'  . Worst part is no matter how many times the problem is relayed to e bay no answer is ever received or sorted out so buyers move on to someone else .
