I ordered mine from the AP website and they shipped out the following day. As you are in Vic you could possible have them by thursday.

Given the service is supposed to be available on 1 July, I hope that is an AP typo.

It appears to be an offroad typo.
Everything in that link shows 1 July.
No date when the new satchel/mailers will be available, just when the service will be available.
