Perhaps an offer??? eg. item price $49.50... 10% off would equate to $4.95
Without the relevant details, any possible explanation you receive here will be nothing more than a guess

Thanks for the reply, the item is listed at 19.95 and the sale came through as $15 even. I do have volume pricing on, but this person only bought 1 item.
