My item has been sent and finally marked as delivered, but the ebay tracking is delayed saying it is still waiting pick up. All other tracking has been almost instantly updated.
Has anyone had this?

Yes, eBay tracking nearly always lags behind the tracking websites, be it AP tracking or courier tracking.
