Friend ,Do you think i still need the proof from royal mail too ? Sorry keep asking you question, As last three times they continully telling me that NO package has been delivered. 

Didn’t they say they couldn’t help you, only the buyer - and they won’t help?

Is the buyer still registered? What does their f/b look like?

She create the ebay account on same day when she place the order-Hence i triple chekc before dispatch to avoid this type of headache however no success 

also, i sent email to ebay with attached proofs -i will update you once i received reply back from them.
