Wow... I can see that this is going to be REALLY bad news for you bigger sellers out there.. and even you smaller sellers.. 😞 sorry to see all of this...
for me though it will work out to be much cheaper.. I'll go down to the 19.95 a month plan.. and I don't have more than 80 items worth of stock.. and only a 1% increase on every item told.. which still ends up being cheaper...
At the moment it's bad because I'm paying 20-50cents for every ad... plus $49.95 a month plus anywhere from $1-3 on every item I sell... last bill was $84!! ....
Hopefully with these new fee's it will work out to be much cheaper!!!
Sorry for the bigger guys out there 😞

And Yes to those that said PayPal will be next for price increases. Of course they will.
What on earth makes you think that? Paypal have not changed their fees since the Aus site was created. They are still charging the same fees in the UK and in the US as they have always charged too (higher than Australia's incidentally).
I sell on 3 different ids and I will pay less fees on all of them if the fee structure is still the same when I restart selling in November.
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?

Correct me if im wrong but i dont see it making any difference to me. I will be saving $40 per month with the free 200 listings and i sell in baby clothes so the FVF is no difference. Am i seeing this right?

You might be okay, rose, but not so sure about me. My library bags and plastic bag tidies are going to be classed as Collectibles:^O thus attracting an FVF of 9.9%X-( At this stage, I'm not sure which of my other hand made items will be put in the same category as Antiques, Coins, Stamps and Art:^O
On the positive side maybe people should buy up big so they can say they purchased a Collectible on ebay very cheap]:)

i would have thought your plastic bag tidies would be more in the home wears category
such as Home & Garden > Cleaning, Housekeeping > Home Organisation > Storage Bags

I can't believe this new fee structure. Such greed.!!! How can they justify such outrageous fee increases.. This will kill so many small business already struggling to make a living.
