That's solved easily.. Just get Chrome or Firefox and install Adblock Plus.. Then you won't get any ads
true...but... it is not us seeing the ad we worry about ... it is our potential buyers, clicking on one of our listings and getting carried off to god knows where in cyber space, never to return to ebay again (or at least not to buy what we listed)
~~ ~~ ~~ Those who do right, have nothing to fear.

To be honest, as a buyer I hardly take any notice of them.... But then again I usually know what I am looking for and look then for the best deal, I can get.
I would rather buy at Auction then BIN... the only time I use BIN is when it is a very hard thing to find and I want it in a hurry.
There are a few times I think BIN costs the stores a lot of money as some get carried away with prices on things and to me keeping stock too long costs more then turning some things over quicker.

If it is any consolation to anyone in Australia even if I am on the Aus site and looking at a listing for an item of clothing the ad most often displayed is for Sky TV or one of the UK's big banks 😄
It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.
See what a trendsetter I am?
