A tap needs to be hit hard with a hammer to be dented. Unless the buyer has done that it should be okay. I think it may just be a change of mind so if you receive photo's of it and you can't see anything wrong with it you are not obliged to arrange a refund.

Putney32, I am by nature a worrier so thats what happens when I feel stressed. Have asked them to return and to supply photos as well and will refund but it will not be $20.00 but $34.00 so I am out of pocket by $14.00 plus FVF and I do not know about Paypal costs if there will be any. And I really think that it is just because the seller has changed his mind or doesn't suit. He expected a new Blanco tap for twenty bucks!!
Had a good nights sleep last night by the way.....
