you will need to show proof to eBay that they are genuine,
if you purchased them for re-sale, then the wholesaler or store you purchased them from would have given you a receipt with the item on
removal of 'brand names' is usually because the © holder of the brand is a member of the ebay VERO system and has requested ebay to remove them.
if you are 100% positive they are genuine and you can prove that to ebay you can ask them to reinstate the listing.
if you are not positive or cannot prove that they are genuine then NO you cannot list them.

Hi thats rough. You can use an authentication service that ebay recognise and have the shoes in question authenticated. It costs around $7. the best 2 are authenticate4u and etinceler.
