Would be nice if we were advised as supposedly "valued customers" that received these express satchels as part of a kiss and make up gesture by AP due to the Click and Send privacy website breach fiasco.

"an offer we extended to attendees of the national ...(PeSA) conference. This was a once-off opportunity to send an Express Post 3kg parcel via Click and Send for a flat rate of postage"   (post 63)

The advice posted above by AP rep is therefore misleading, and potentially has  resulted in individuals not taking up this offer, therefore forgoing some $$ savings 😞

Most of AP advice is misleading & contradictory. The reps on here will tell you one thing, the facebook reps tell you another & then in the end it was all a pack of lies anyway to shut people up.

1. The express bags which were given to us 7 months ago--still cant be used & have no estimated date as yet

2. The SO called glitch in C& S delivery instructions--if unattended leave outside away from the weather

So many people emailed AP about this only to be told its just a glitch & will be fixed soon. Still waiting months later for that to be fixed.
