I sold a couple of items, pick up only and the buyers have paid but havnt picked up yet. I sent emails but it has been months and they make no attempt to arrange, what can I do?

Send one last message with a pick up by date and if they do not pick it up then do not contact them again and relist the item.

As sparklz suggests, most Australian state laws deem goods abandoned after 90 days.

Thanks folks, thats good advice, Pity ebay leaves it up to sellers / buyers to answer a reasonable question? Its been about 4 months and I did state pickup within 7 days, so I will send a final date as suggested. Do I have to refund money. ??? Murf
