Re: First time seller - Gallery plus?

Alright, I'm trying to list my first item, and I get to the final stage and I get a message "You can not submit your listing due to the following problems - Use of the Gallery Plus feature is restricted to sellers who have an established selling history and meet eBay’s seller performance standards."

That's okay - I never wanted to use it anyway, so I've been trying to figure out how to remove gallery plus for about 2 hours... any ideas?

My mother in law has just called me asking the same thing. She has existing listings that she can not even revise because she is getting the same message at the top.

I contacted customer support, and they are aware of the issue, and are fixing it now.

Omg yes I have been having the same problem and thought it was me.. Listed my first item but since then about 3 hours ago haven't been able to list any more due to the error about gallery plus coming up. Sounds like it is an ebay issue?

Must be selective.

I have ended and relisted 30 items this evening to take advantage of my 5000 free storeholder listings and they all seem to have gone through okay.

And I even relisted one item on this ID and it worked.

😞 your lucky then cause I'm just frustrated with it lol. Dunno then? I emailed customer service to see as well . Seeing you sell so often and I'm only new ... Is there actually a setting where you can turn off gallery plus? Cause i can't find it?

I have been having the same issue for the past 14 hours. I have emailed ebay support but don't have a response yet. I notice that other people are having this issue based on other posts in the Community Forum. Has anyone got any information from eBay on when the problem will be fixed?

I note the Gallery plus feature option is also missing from the template.
