Simple, t-bone. Don't leave false positives for NPBs. Feedback is not mandatory. Just open a case, wait 4 days and get your FVF back. The buyer gets a strike, prudent sellers block bidders with more than one strike.
Simple.
Ps. Sellers haven't been able to leave negative feedback for about 5 years. So you never would have been able to.

I disagree, this is an ebay problem not our problem. I want to warn others but ebay will not let me so the only way is to put my negative comment in a positive comment. This is not my fault but ebay's stupid new policy - which now means we can't be warned from scammers! Ebay now encourage scammers!

I think it would be a good idea if Ebay were to tweek their systen and allow sellers to Leave Neg. Feedback to Non Paying Bidders ONLY. That way sellers can see what is happening. I have had quite a few NPB and end up relisting the item at a cost usually $1.50 to relist.. Yes I know if it sells during the relisting period I get a refund for the Relisting but if it doesn't I have ended up paying $3.00 to list that item. Thats not good in my case.
