Likewise - I am having a similar problem. Some of my active listings have pictures that have gone into limbo and when I create new listings or re-list I get the following message: "Your listing is successful but there's a problem with your Gallery picture".
Seems like a glitch or maybe Ebay are rolling out some kind of update for pictures.
