calculate postage

HI,

 

i am in the headache, some item listing could not find "calculate postage"service  while i choose "calculated: cost vaires by buyer location".  so the result is buyer can not find his location relative postage, even he inserted his PO code.

did you put  the exact dimensions and weight of the parcel into the calculator before you submitted the listing?
