In this day and age, you cant afford to let just anyone come to your house that sees something in the internet.
From their visit they would know who you are, where you lived and what would you know about them? A name they told you , you wouldnt know their address or any details. Unfortunately in this day and age it just isnt safe.
You might get 99 out of a 100 really nice decent genuine people come to your place, but you might also get that 1 out of a 100 that isnt right, and can make your life a living hell and make you regret it.
If you loose a sale so be it , it isnt worth the risk.
Just look at some of the posts that we get on here by apparant normal people / ebay customers.
