From the top menu under Sell select Seller Centre. There's heaps of useful info there for sellers including the latest updates.

Don't get sucked into eBay's paradigm.
The whinges on the Powerseller board indicate that adding to eBay's coffers by, inter alia, offering 'free' post don't add to sales.
