Thanks I'm planning to ask Ebay to raise my limit tommorw and hopes thing working out. And would you mind if I ask some a little stupid but I need to know this, well after the buyer confirm his payment then I send the package and provide buyer his tracking number after the item arrive(I choose standard parcel + Sig). Well is there a chance that the buyer might take away his money right after he receive his package and claim that he didn't receive it. If that happend what evidence or proof I should keep in mind to get when I send my package?
However, also if the selling become success will my paypal gonna automaticly describe my item list as "completed" right away or do I need to wait till paypal agree to transfer money to my account? Thnks

I'm sorry to say this but as a new seller with a low feedback trying to sell high value items on ebay you are wide open to scams especially from overseas. My advice would be don't do it but if you must, use insured shipping with a signature or pick up only.
