Too many NPB from ebay Newbies

Honestly... Too many new ebayers are causing troubles for sellers. Way too often NPB or "item not received" emails come from buyers with zero or one feedback!!

 

So, even if sellers open unpaid item case and they get a strike, so what?? Sellers still waste their time and the newbie don't even know what's happening.

 

Put blocks doesn't help much either!

 

Do other sellers find the same issue???

Not in previous years, I only sell November to April, but only just starting to list again so cannot comment thus far on this session.
