I found this - basically it says to report, doesn't mention about blocking them (although make sure they are on your blocked bidders list anyway)

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

In your My eBay page go to Account > Site Preferences > Buyer Requirements > Show > Edit. At the bottom of the page tick the box that says 'Don't Allow Blocked Buyers to Contact Me' and then 'Submit'.  That should fix the problem Smiley Happy

Should also stop any more crazy messages from you-know-who. LOL

Putting that restriction in place does not stop them contacting you through your feedback page as far as I know unless ebay have changed it.

It says in this book I am reading that by 2065 80% of women will be overweight.

See what a trendsetter I am?

If you block someone they just can't send a message - but if they have purchsed from you they can still send a message from their purchase page

Blocking means they can still send you a message, they just can't bid on any future items you are selling. My situation all resolved now, thank goodness. I reported the messages to ebay customer service and they were awesome! This person is no longer sending abusive messages. So happy with how ebay customer services was able to stop this crazy person from further verbal abuse. Smiley Happy
