Am I reading this wrong??

2.5" Sports Exhaust Rear Resonators Holden Commodore V6 SV6 VE

normally over $400

Buy-It-Now Price $2,359.00

I messaged the guy, about the great deal he is offering - and he said he is out of stock ???

One of us is on drugs - and I don't think it's me....

Are you reading it wrong? No. The item's last sell price was $285.

Some sellers will put a high BIN price on an item instead of ending the listing when they are waiting on new stock. They hope that the listing will keep it's search ranking in Best Match and will then change the price once the item is in stock.

OK, thanks for that but, he'd be in a pickle if someone clicked buy-it-now at the high price wouldn't he  ??

If someone clicked the high price, I imagine he would purchase from another dealer at $400 and sell for the $2300. No pickle, just gravy train.

"Padches? We ain't got no padches. We don't need no padches. I don't have to show you any stinking padches".

OP has been around enough, admittedly in other areas, to know.

A rhetorical question, methinks. Me knows.

Maybe the BIN price is for the sterling silver version.   Picture7.jpg

Some people can go their whole lives and never really live for a single minute.

I seem to have a size problem.

“Hello, everyone. This thread is getting a little off-topic. Could we please bring the discussion back to the subject Thanks!”

BUT mod-underbat, it is a thread by rabbit and all his threads end up being about sterling silver. I just thought I would hasten the transition from cars to St Sil jewellery quickly so we can get to the point of his thread.
