We operate two eBay stores.
We opened them both up back in April/May this year.
One is subject to monthly selling limits whilst the other has no limits at all.
Today I had to call in to have the limits raised so we can increase our listings. No problems to do that.
However, I asked at the end of the conversation when could we expect the selling limits to be removed altogether.
The reply I got was that ALL eBay sellers have a selling limit no matter how big they are or how long they have been there.
At that point I just bit my lip and kept quiet as I didn't want our other store to have limits put on. Its very convenient to not have to worry about that.
Anyone have any idea on what the rules are about this?

I have no selling limits on my main ID, but I got in before they were imposed. I have no idea what the current policy is.

Maybe that's it Dave.
The UserID hat has no limits has existed since 2004.
The other one that has limits we have only had since 2011.

I had no idea that there were three different kinds of limits until I looked up the policy today. There are Account Limits, Category Limits and Item Limits.
Here's the link if you want to have a look
