ALL buyers have 100% fb that means absolutely nothing, as a seller can never leave a neg for a buyer.
on Monday Phone paypal, get their contact number from the paypal home page and I think they give you a pin number to quote when they pick up the phone... have the id of payer and item number handy..
~~ ~~ ~~ Those who do right, have nothing to fear.

Yes, I had this same problem. It was my first sale on my other Ebay ID. Are you selling on a new Ebay ID? have you forgot to add/link the new email address to your primary paypal account? This is what happened to me. I rang paypal and they were able to sort it out for me straight away. The payment then went through within 10 mins. Give Paypal a call.

Hi Daisy,
it does sound like an e-cheque but you should also have an email from PP advising you that it is. and when it will clear. They can take 5-7 days to come through
Have you got your account set up properly for taking PP payments? You need to have a Premier or business account set up with PP, otherwise if a person pays via credit card through PP you may not be able to accept the payment. ( they only allow a couple on an ordinary PP account)
I would probably call PP as has already been advised

What kind of PayPal account do you have? Personal, Premier or Business?
When I first started, I had a personal account, and I had to manually claim any payments that were made with a credit card, and back then there was a limit on how many credit cards I could accept before having to upgrade to a Premier account (which I ultimately did).
However, there was a record of these payments in my account with "Claim Payment" next to them. If your account is still a personal account, maybe try searching your transaction history with the transaction ID number from the payment notification and see if it turns up anything.

Your payment is pending because you’re a relatively new or inexperienced seller on eBay. We want to be sure that your buyers are satisfied. By delaying a payment, we have time to verify that there are no problems with a transaction. We hope that this will make buyers feel safer and more likely to return to purchase again.
Typically, your payment will be released within 24 hours of your buyer leaving positive feedback, or when:
You email/ phone us with an online tracking number confirming that the item has been delivered over 3 days ago
21 days pass without a dispute, claim, chargeback, or reversal being filed on the payment.
Once 90 days have passed since your first eBay sale you’ll receive payments instantly in most cases. In the meantime, here are some things you can do to help get your payments quicker:
Process your orders right away
Use a postal service that provides you with online tracking information for your package
Communicate early and often with buyers and resolve disputes quickly.

I had a similar issue and I cancelled the payment via paypal. does anyone know how long it takes to clear with ebay so I can pay again? the seller has fixed up the email address issue.
