It's diabolical. I have 400+ feed backs and can't figure it out. It makes me feel like a rookie because my listing looks cheap.

Try this if you're using IE:
tools menu in Internet Explorer, then Compatibility View Settings, add ebay.com.au, ok. The screen will reload and should be OK if you weren't seeing it right/able to do stuff.
If that doesn't work, give Chrome a go as it is far more eBay friendly.

I agree the new system is totally horrid. I don't use ebay too often so was shocked the changes to my account. To list just a few problems I am habing: I no longer have access to supersized images, I can't edit item location (and it has reverted to an incorrect location), am restircted to only 2 postal options and 1-3 day handling times. I use Firefox so it isn't an IE problem for me. Any ideas how to overcome these problems? Intersetingly other family members (who have been ebayers for a lot longet than me) still only have access to the old user-friendly system.

Sporadically and without reason, changing pages on .com.au can take you to the .com site where a lot of changes are happening.
Any problems, check the site you are on, and if .au is missing add it in after .com and refresh.
To me, it looks like eBay is undergoing IT amendments which are being put into place on .com, then slowly being implemented here.
If there's a difference between options on older and newer ID accounts, it could be that they are migrating accounts over to the changes in batches...starting with the newer ones. Just a thought.
