l just canβt understand their accent , the words seem to flow together like a sing/song sound .
Itβs so frustrating not to be able to communicate clearly , am I the only one ?
Would be willing to pay a fee to talk to an Aussie speaker ! π

Try calling in the morning. I find it's mostly Australians that answer ![]()

I think it is to do with the distance because like Telstra and Optus they have centres overseas to answer phones.
Having said that I have called them a few times and didn't have a problem communicating.

Few times i spoke with them it did sound like there was a small time delay, Found out afterwards the lady's name was Rocelyn but all i got was Celine so i called her that for the whole conversation
Was kinda hoping that with my Aussie accent to her it sounded like I was saying it right π
