Hi all I want to relist some items that didn't sell on 1st February when I get my 200 Free Listings again. I proceded to do so but Ebay informed me that my Fees would be $15.95. If I proceed and relisted them to start on 1st February will I still be charged The listing fee on my Janurary account? or will they come off my free listings on February 1st?  What actually happens in this case?
