Click on revise listing then scroll down to the location part,click on change location and then put in the correct details

ven when I go to Revise I cannot change the Postcode /Location association.  There are 15 suburbs with my Postcode.  The one which ebay mandates and cannot be changes is Newtown, which is near my suburb but is also at many other Locations around Queensland.  Thsi seems crazy.
