I know what the bottom line is, lol, I was just trying to explain how I came to the presumption I did in my first answer, and why it would make sense for the purpose of listing limits to do it that way, not try to argue what they actually are. (But I would still argue that "ebayly" there is no such thing as intuitiveness - some things are per calendar month, other things most definitely are not).
