Hi, I sold an item and sent a invoice. I received a message from the buyer saying
eBay told him he got outbidded, but it shows he won, which he did, 1 bid only.
He then informed me he cannot see the pay now button, he said he is willing to pay.
I sent 2 invoices, still nothing. He asked could he pay by paypal direct.
Just needed my email. I tried to send it but message was blocked
By eBay for the use of an email address. Anyone know what I can do??
Thankyou for any help.

If they won it then it will be in their won list and there is a pay now button the the right of the purchase.
If you have their paypal details then you can send a request for payment.
ebay block email address from being sent through ebay ,messages to avoid away from ebay transactions.

You have their email address so either send them a Paypal payment request or send an email with your Paypal email address direct to their personal email rather than going through ebay.
