The customers left positive feedback but our DSR rates was worse and worse.
the reason is cost by courier company which we can not control, but because we do not know who did this, so it is difficult to improve or make specific customers happy
Not much wrong with your DSRs and they wouldn't stop me from buying however the number of non positive ratings would give me pause and the fact you managed to persuade 26 people to change their feedback along with some of you replies would have me heading for the hills
