They had better compensate us somehow! Either make the satchels free to purchase on eBay for a few months or reduce the postage cost for a few weeks! 

It is not all fixed!

I have just tried to print some labels using Own Packaging and there is no longer an option to Print and Pay at PO. 😞 I selected creditcard thinking maybe they've changed it to allow online payments but it wouldn't accept that either.

OK, I take that back. It has changed but you can still print them. I did all of the flat-rate satchels & boxes and once they were paid for the option to Print and Pay Later was available.

You had me a bit worried there sport! I thought oh no, not again. Hopefully it is properly fixed now & I agree with minimikimusic some sort of goodwill compensation would be nice. In my dreams 😄

I agree this would  awesome.

But honesty you may get some form of compensation o a case by case basis.

I did get a refund for some additional costs uncured last time this happened.

But this was a long outage. I think any compensation is unlikely.

Even if warranted.  WE CAN ONLY HOPE.

When you say C&S is "fixed" do you mean:

1. "Fixed" as in "I took my dog to the vet and had him fixed" (which is probably what needs to happen to the people responsible for this mess)

2. "Fixed" as in "The jockies fixed the race" or

3. "Fixed" as in "We actually solved the problem and got it all working".

yay! what a relief! lets hope its up for good, managed to get all my satchels processed tonight, finges crossed!

I got in OK a few times today but when I tried to get my ebay list, only one sale came up - the very one I didn't need a satche for of course :_|

Anybody else have that problem? 

I ended up filling in the details manually for the labels I needed.  I cleared cache and cookies after it wouldn't work a few times but made no difference.  Just hope I've got addresses correct - will check them tomorrow - too tired right now.  Was able to print and pay OK so at least that's done.
