Request for a file exchange daily limit increase

Hi

 

Our file exchange limit is 1000 transactions per day. This is too low for us. Can eBay support increase this please

Anyway.. you need to call or email ebay

Thanks for the advice. I originally went through support but the person I spoke to didn't understand. I was hoping that by posting it on the forum an eBay employee would pick up my message and do something about it. I've seen that happen before. Anyway I'll try support again.
