if there is one it will be on the bottom of your my eBay >> All Selling page under the Title PROMOTIONAL OFFERS.

if it is not there, then NO, you have not been offered any free listings this weekend. it is random, not all sellers get the same offer at the same time.

it is the 5th of the month, every seller gets at least 40 free listings on 1st, have you run out already?

I run out in 2 days in my shop.

But I don't have an expectation that eBay will continue to offer free listings every week. I suspect a lot of the ones last year were because Christmas was coming up. So I suspect the next lot will be next month in the runup to Easter. Then maybe an EOF one in June.
