Instead of continually questioning second-hand information why don't you ask them yourself?

I didn't report anything cats, not my form - I was just asking questions so that i could understand and clarify eBay's position on things and if I was interpreting their policies correctly.

Well cats, I don't mind admitting that I'm totally confused by the many different interpretations posted regarding ebay policy in this particular area, so I'll be extremely interested to learn what ebay have to say for themselves when you ring them.
