The obvious solution is to bang on your tenant's door and yell your head off for 5 minutes because their squeaky pipes were disturbing the neighbourhood.

Because it's your fault that the taps in a house that you are renting squeak. LOL 

Tell her if she wants the squeaking to stop, come and fix the taps which are in a house she owns.

I NEVER whinge about wasted listing fees. I'm an old woman. I waste listing fees all the time by just getting things wrong and re-listing them instead of using the edit button.    Chill out, I was only joking,,  I didn't say you were whinging, I was talking about the posters who don't read the rules and then come on here complaining about how unfair eBay are for removing their listings..    It wasn't a personal attack.. It was more a comment on you at least reading the listing policies BEFORE listing 😐
